Jack is a scopey, talented horse who knows his job and loves every minute. He has now jumped out of Foxhunter and has stepped up to 1m25 and 1m30 classes.
Jack has been registered with British Showjumping since July 2009 and has progressed though the ranks from British Novice to 1m30, he qualified for the summer regional finals at British Novice and Discovery 2010, the Scope Festival 2010 at 1m and 1m 20 and he was also chosen to represent Area 39a Herts/Middlesex at 1m 10 in the team jumping. The team won the Regional Qualifier at Vicarage Farm with Jack jumping double clear. At the National Finals in September, which were held as part of the 2010 Scope Festival of Showjumping, the team finished in 3rd place.
2011 was a sucessful year for the team having qualified for the Discovery and Newcomers Regional finals, and the Joshua Jones and Power finals at the Blue Chip Championships. Jack jumped triple clear in his first Discovery regional final to finish in 3rd place, he also got placed in the Discovery Final at Blue Chip. We qualified for the Adventurer and 1.15 Members Cup classes at Scope where he gained a 6th place in the consolation class.
2012 was another grest year the team jumped at the Blue Chip Championships in the Star and Karma classes, gaining a good placing in the 1m15 & 1m20. We also competed in the Scope Festival in 1m15 Members Cup and Blue Riband classes and picked up a 5th and 6th. Jack stepped up to 1m30 level this year and got a 4th place at Patchetts in a National 1m30. At the end of the year Jack qualified for the Karma and Star finals at Blue Chip 2013.
2013 has got off to a flying start Jack has won a number of classes and has qualified for the National Amateur 2nd rounds at 1m10 and 1m15. We competed at the Blue Chip Finals and got a couple of good placings in a very strong field. We have now qualified for the Scope festival for the 4th year running, this time in the 1m15 Members Cup class, we are hoping to also gain qualification in the Grade C and 1m30 classes.
